Espresso Tonic

    1. Pull 2 shots of espresso using a 1:2 ratio (18 grams of coffee : 36 grams of espresso)

    2. Fill your glass with ice then pour 135 grams of cold tonic water (1:3.75 ratio of espresso to tonic water)

    3. SLOWLY pour the espresso over the tonic water and watch the beautiful layers form!

    4. GENTLY stir to avoid excessive foam and enjoy!

    1. Espresso machine

    2. 18 grams of espresso grounds (Try our Colombian Huila ;)

    3. Cup of ice

    4. Tonic water (135 grams)

    5. Kitchen scale

  • Squeeze lemon or lime juice for an extra kick!
