Espresso Tonic

Pull 2 shots of espresso using a 1:2 ratio (18 grams of coffee : 36 grams of espresso)
Fill your glass with ice then pour 135 grams of cold tonic water (1:3.75 ratio of espresso to tonic water)
SLOWLY pour the espresso over the tonic water and watch the beautiful layers form!
GENTLY stir to avoid excessive foam and enjoy!
