The Perfect Iced Americano

    1. Pull 2 shots of espresso using a 1:2 ratio (18 grams of coffee : 36 grams of espresso)

    2. Fill your glass with ice then pour 126 grams of cold water (1:3.5 ratio of espresso to water)

    3. Gently pour the espresso over the iced water and watch the beautiful layers form!

    4. Give it a quick stir and enjoy!

    1. Espresso machine

    2. 18 grams of espresso grounds (Try our Colombian Huila ;)

    3. Cup of ice

    4. Filtered water (126 grams)

    5. Kitchen scale

  • If the Iced Americano is too weak or too strong, add or remove 10 grams of water.
